  21. 1/2 tsp red chilli Powder
  22. 1/2 tsp jeera powder
  23. 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  24. 1/4 tsp dried kasuri methi powder
  25. 1/2 tsp garam masala
  26. 1 tsp green chilli paste
  27. 2 tbsp hot oil
  28. 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make to make Aloo Nazakat

  1. Peel the potatoes and skoop them from the centre and soak in the water.
  2. Heat oil in the pan and deep fry them along with the removed potato pulp.
  3. When it gets soft remove them from the oil and place it on a tissue paper.
  4. In a bowl mix all the stuffing material along with the potato pulp
  5. Fill all the mixture in the potatoes.
  6. In a bowl mix all the things of marination well.
  7. Apply the marinated mixture on the potatoes and wrap them with sesame seeds.
