  11. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  12. 1 tsp turmeric powder
  13. 1/2 tsp salt
  14. 1/4 tsp baking soda
  15. 1/2 cup water
  16. Red sauce khatti meethi chutni
  17. 1 cup pulp of tamarind imli
  18. 1 tsp salt
  19. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  20. 2 piece jaggery gurr
  21. 1 tsp dry ginger powder
  22. 1/2 cup water
  23. Green sauce theeki chutney
  24. 8 hot green chilles
  25. 2 cloves garlic
  26. 1 tsp cumin seeds
  27. 1 tsp salt
  28. 2 lemon juice
  29. 1 bunch green coriander dhania
  30. 1 bunch mint podeena
  31. Sweet and salty yogurt sauce
  32. 1/2 kg yogurt
  33. 1 tsp salt
  34. 1 tbsp sugar
  35. Things required for the recipe
  36. 2 bowls boiled salted chickpeas
  37. 1 bowl boiled salted potatoes cubes
  38. 1 large chopped onion
  39. 1 large chopped tomatoes
  40. Saiv

Steps to make to make Katoori chat

  4. For green sauce add mint and coriander (dhania) green chilles cloves of garlic lemon salt cumin seeds to chopper and make a sauce
  5. For yogurt sauce add yogurt salt and sugar and water to blender
  6. Now for baisan bondii add all ingredients well in a bowl then heat some oil in wok then with the help of wok spoon add mixture and fry quickly made in just a minute
  7. Now rolled the dough and prick it with fork and put the greased bowl inside and cut all edges and fry it in deep wok then carefully put out the bowl and fry from both sides and in this way you will get 10 katooris
  8. Now assembling time just take fried katoori then add some chickpeas and potatoes then add one sauce then add some fried bondian and then add 1 sauce then add Tomatoes and onion and then 3 rd sauce then add some chat masala and saiv and serve
