- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- OTHER INGREDIENTS
- 2 tbsp oil
- 2 pieces red-hot charcoal
- 1/2 tsp ghee / clarified butter
- 1/2 tsp chaat masala
- 1/2 tsp coriander leaves finely chopped

- Firstly, in a large cup take ½ cup curd.
