  16. Potato kebabs :-
  17. 2 potatoes
  18. 1/2 cup boiled and shredded chicken
  19. 1 tsp red chilli flakes
  20. 1/2 tsp black pepper
  21. 1 tsp soy sauce
  22. 1/2 cup bread crumbs
  23. 1 egg for brushing
  24. Round snack :-
  25. 2 bread slices
  26. 1 cheese slice
  27. 2 tbsp potato kebab mixture
  28. Egg for brushing
  29. 1/2 cup Bread crumbs

  31. Toast/ paratha

Steps to make to make Sehri platter

  1. Add oil in a pan and fry two eggs but keep the yolk runny or as per your liking. Set aside
  2. Prepare saucy beans. In a pan add oil, saute garlic, then add onion and cook a bit. Add tomato puree and then add red chilli powder, black pepper and turmeric and let it cook. Now add boiled beans and cook for another 10 minutes. Saucy beans are ready to serve
  3. Now take a puff pastry square. Cut it in a shape of a heart. Egg wash and then sprinkle some sugar. Bake it at 180°C in an oven for 15 minutes or until nice and golden.
  4. Now prepare potato kebabs. Boil 2 potatoes and mash them. Add to it boiled chicken and all the spices : red chilli flakes, pepper and soy sauce. Now shape them as u desire. Dip in egg and coat in bread crumbs and shallow fry
  5. Now take 2 bread slices. Cut a circle in middle of each slice. Take one circle and Put some potato filling of the potato kebabs batter that u preapred earlier and add a cheese slice over it. Now cover this with the other circle of slice. Dip in egg, coat in bread crumbs and shallow fry. Ur round snack is ready.
  6. Assemble the platter by putting everything together. Serve with toast/paratha, tea and juice ❤
