- 1 tsp Rex Chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
Steps to make to make Veg Cheese Wraps
- Mix wheat flour, refined flour, salt and oil.
- Add water and knead a soft dough.
- Wash and cut veggies.
- Heat oil in a wok and put chopped onions.
- When onions turned pink, add chopped capsicum, peas, carrot, cauliflower and beans.
- Mix all well and add salt and spices.
- Cover and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add shredded cabbage and cook for another 2 minutes.
- Add mixed herbs and cheese and keep aside.
- Make lemon size balls from dough snd flatten with hand.
- Roll out like chapati and cook on tawa from both sides.
- Apply oil and fry chapati lightly.
- Spread mayonnaise on cooked chapati and keep stuffing mixture on it.
- Fold chapatis from middle.
- Heat butter in a pan and fry them from both sides.
